When will I receive my order?

We deliver within four weeks, faster than most locally made furniture.

What is your return policy?

You can return orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.

What is your warranty policy?

If you’re not fully satisfied with the quality of your order, contact us by email at contact@musecraft.com and we’ll send a technician to fix the problem. Our warranty policy may also be viewed here.

Do you offer white glove delivery?

Standard shipping is curbside, but we can provide white glove delivery upon request. There will be additional charges. With our white glove delivery service, a team will bring the items into your home, sparing you the hassle of moving heavy packages, and remove all packaging materials. We can also install beds upon prior request.
