When will I receive my order?

Our current lead time is 8 weeks.

What is your return policy?

You can return orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, not including shipping costs. Products must be in their original condition.

What is your warranty policy?

If you’re not fully satisfied with the quality of your order, contact us by email at contact@musecraft.com and we’ll send a technician to fix the problem. We cover all workmanship and material issues for 1 year from the date of purchase. 

Do you offer white glove delivery?

Yes, we offer white glove delivery within the Lower Mainland, British Columbia for a fee. With our white glove delivery service, a team will bring the items into your home, sparing you the hassle of moving heavy packages, and remove all packaging materials. We can also install beds upon prior request.
